• Do a quick daily check-in with the crew or your project manager, even just a few minutes, to catch small issues before they become big ones.
• Plan an outing on the loudest demo days.

After the Work Wraps Up

• Final walk-through: Check seals, grout, railings, seams, or gutter pitch depending on project.
• Get warranty info in writing and be sure you understand what’s covered, what’s not, and how to contact the company if something breaks or is unsatisfactory.
• If the crew didn’t do it for you, clean up debris (especially outdoors) before pets or kids are back in the area.
• Take before-and-after photos to compare the result.
